Terms of Service
Last Updated: February 6, 2026
Welcome to Loganville Concrete Expert. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before engaging with our business.
1. Services Provided
Loganville Concrete Expert provides professional concrete installation, repair, and related services for residential and commercial properties in Loganville, GA and surrounding areas. Services include but are not limited to driveways, patios, walkways, foundations, decorative concrete, concrete repair, and masonry work.
2. Estimates and Quotes
Estimates provided are based on the information available at the time of inspection and are subject to change if site conditions differ from what was initially assessed. Written quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. All quotes require a signed contract and deposit before work begins.
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Typical payment structures include a deposit upon contract signing, progress payments during larger projects, and final payment upon completion. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. Late payments may incur additional fees as outlined in your contract.
4. Project Timeline and Delays
We provide estimated timelines for project completion based on normal working conditions. Actual completion dates may be affected by weather, material availability, site conditions, permit processing times, or other factors beyond our control. We will communicate any significant delays promptly. Weather-related delays do not constitute breach of contract.
5. Permits and Approvals
The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits, homeowners association approvals, or other authorizations required for the work unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing. We can assist with permit applications as an additional service when requested.
6. Site Access and Preparation
The client agrees to provide clear and safe access to the work area and to remove or protect any items that could be damaged during construction. This includes vehicles, lawn furniture, plants, and other property. We are not responsible for damage to items left in the work area without prior arrangement.
7. Warranty and Guarantee
We warranty our workmanship for a period specified in your service agreement, typically one year from the date of completion. This warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover damage from improper use, negligence, acts of nature, or normal wear and tear. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing. Concrete is a natural material and minor surface cracking is normal and not covered under warranty.
8. Changes to Scope of Work
Any changes to the agreed-upon scope of work must be approved in writing by both parties and may result in adjustments to the project timeline and cost. Verbal change orders are not binding unless confirmed in writing.
9. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel services before work begins subject to the cancellation terms outlined in the service agreement. Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have been ordered or scheduling arrangements have been made. Once work has commenced, cancellation fees will apply to cover work completed and costs incurred.
10. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services under the applicable contract. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We carry appropriate insurance coverage for our operations and will provide proof of insurance upon request.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from our services will first be addressed through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia. The prevailing party may be entitled to recover reasonable attorney fees.
